In this episode, DW wanders through how we find balance between the head and heart while going through difficult times and how to find light when things seem impossibly dark.

Using a mindfulness centered tool called RAIN, DW explores how to apply it so that we can map our current position on our life path, learn to hold everything we are going through and find the way to recognizing and honoring our true self - our best self. In this episode DW discusses how to recognize what is happening in our current experience, accept and allow it to be what it is, investigate all of it with kindness and in the end, find the path to understanding that our experience is something other than who we really are.
